We recently put the final touches on our CMR’s lobby renovation. Our project required close coordination with CMR from the relocation of their main check-in area to coordinating the majority of the work at night between 9 pm and 6 am. The scope was to remove and replace/upgrade their check-in area from a large desk to a pod scenario. This required the removal of structural elements along with electrical and architectural demolition. The removal and replacement of the floors, lighting, stair railings, and other architectural upgrades. With the design of Interiorz Group, the space has a completed renovation that brings it up to the world-class resort it is known for.
