The 60,000 square foot museum is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs. The museum will act as an anchor to the new City for Champions District, forming a new axis bridging downtown Colorado Springs to the America the Beautiful Park to the west. 38North has been engaged since late 2017 in the capacity of Project Manager with a focus on the Retail, Café and FFE deliveries for the project. The opportunity to work on a to be a nationally renowned project with the team of Diller Scofidio +Renfro, AMD Architects and the team GE Johnson has been a great experience for 38North. Openings are scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2020, more to come.
