The projects listed below were completed in a Project Manger role while employed by a local General Contractor.
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO: HIGH SCHOOL REPLACEMENT
Educational 9-12 - Replacement of existing high school that included approximately 124Ksf of new construction and 53Ksf of renovations. Project was part of a 2014 bond program and included heavy community involvement. This included new kitchen to serve 1300 students, common space and classroom buildings.
AURORA, COLORADO: SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATH SCHOOL
Educational K-12 – A new 87,000 2-Story Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) facility on the Overland High School and Prairie Middle School campus in Aurora. The project required a complete relocation of the bus services and foot traffic between the HS and MS. This project did not pursue LEED but used daylighting/harvesting and many other LEED principals in its design and construction.
AURORA, COLORADO: HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION
Educational K-12 – A substantial renovation including all ceilings, painting, auditorium seating and mechanical system replacement at Overland High School. The project started working nights in April 2010 and we turned the project over on-schedule summer 2010.
ASPEN, COLORADO: MIDDLE SCHOOL REPLACEMENT AND ES ADDITIONS
Educational ES & MS K-8 – This project consisted of adding a single story to one of the existing ES school buildings and constructing a new 111,000sf Middle School. This project had very tight site requirements and required us to relocate the bus route for the school year.
DENVER, COLORADO: OFFICE BUILDING
Office – A new 386,000sf, 17-Story Office Building. The project included ground level retail and one level of underground parking and a 6-story above grade parking garage with approx. 1200 parking spaces. This project was constructed directly next to the 16th Street mall next to the Millennium Bridge. This project received LEED Gold certification.
DENVER, COLORADO: OFFICE BUILDING
Office – A new World Headquarters for a Health Care corporation of approximately 293,000sf of finished office, training and community space built on a 6-Story 260 car parking garage. This project was 22 months from initial enabling work to completion. Project was awarded LEED Gold.
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO: OFFICE BUILDING & TRAINING CENTER
Office – A new 2-story office, administrative, museum facility with training area and a detached burn tower on a 12 acre site.
Renovations of an existing Mercedes dealership including a new showroom, service entrance and office renovations.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO
A new green field BMW dealership in north Colorado Springs. Provided oversight and monitoring of GC change orders, pay applications and issue resolution.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO
Recreation Center – Construction of a new local fitness center with zero entry and lap pool, basketball courts, racquetball courts, fitness rooms and administrative areas.
A Medical Center Additions and Renovations
Healthcare – A PCU, Administration and Emergency Department addition(s) plus renovations of approximately 70% of the interior space while fully operational.
GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK, WYOMING
Visitors Center – This project was built within the boundaries of Grand Teton National Park. The project was handed over to the GTNP at the completion and received LEED Platinum.
