GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Communicate and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Problem solving - deal with a variety of variable situations
- Good attitude – able to handle pressure and change while maintaining composure
- Organized and able to track and handle multiple tasks
- Non-tobacco user
- Must be able to handle a diverse environment that changes day-to-day and hour-to-hour
- Willing to cross train and take on unique responsibilities
- Willing to travel within the Colorado Springs area, mountains from Leadville to Pueblo

SUPERINTENDENT
Provide overall field management and responsibility for project success.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
- 2-5 years managing projects in the Superintendent’s capacity for commercial construction for projects up to $5M preferred
- Preferred Associates degree or bachelor’s degree
- Proficient at managing work as a Superintendent for a general contractor who self-performs carpentry and specialty labor
- Strong scheduling, quality, safety and field management experience
- OSHA 30Hour
- Conduct weekly Job Box safety meetings
- Word, Excel and Bluebeam equivalent
- ASTA Scheduling software
PROJECT MANAGER
Provide overall project management and responsibility for project success.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
- Minimum 10 years of on the job experience required
- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field from four-year college or university preferred
- Efficient with Word, Excel, Bluebeam and Outlook is required
- RedTeam Project management software is utilized, must have computer skills to learn and adapt to changing environments
- Communicate and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- ASTA Scheduling software
- Willing to travel within the Colorado Springs area, mountains from Leadville to Pueblo
PROJECT ENGINEER & ESTIMATOR
Provide support to the Superintendent and Project Manager for project success.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
- 2-4 years of on the job experience required
- Preferred Associates degree or bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, ASTA or other scheduling software
- RedTeam Project management software is utilized, must have computer skills to learn and adapt to changing environments
- Communicate and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Problem solving - deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Good attitude – able to handle change while maintaining composure
- Organized and able to track and handle multiple tasks
CARPENTER & FOREMAN
Perform all tasks requiring rough and finish carpentry skills.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
- Ability to read Plans and specifications
- Must have computer skills – word, excel and Bluebeam equivalent
- Trade tools for the completion of the items above. 38N will supply specialty tools for the above activities
- 1-5 Years on-the-job experience or equivalent
- Good attitude – able to handle change and stressful situations while maintaining composure – willing to learn and adapt
- Dependable car
- Non-tobacco user
- Must be able to handle a diverse environment that changes day-to-day and hour-to-hour
- Willing to take on responsibilities that may arise, not listed above
